A family-run hotel on the quiet side of Faliraki, two minutes from Kathara Beach. Run personally by Vasilis and Eleni since 1995.
My father, Nikos, spent most of his life as a bartender and a taxi driver. In 1995, he and my mother, Maria, opened eight small rooms here in Faliraki and started welcoming guests the only way they knew how: personally, warmly, and always with one simple rule.
Twelve years ago I took over from my father. Three years ago, my wife Eleni and I began reshaping the property. What started as eight rooms has grown into thirty, with swim-up suites and a Greek breakfast made with local products we're genuinely proud of.
If you book with us directly, you're speaking with us. Not a call centre, not a big company. We answer the WhatsApp ourselves.
Different spaces, different price points, the same family welcome.
Step out of bed and into the water. Our flagship rooms open onto a private section of the pool, with a sun terrace just for you.
Comfortable, generous in light, with a small balcony to take your morning coffee.
The sweet spot. Everything you need, nothing you don't, on a quiet side of the property.
A simple, well-kept room that does what it should: lets you spend your time outside.
A breakfast spread laid out with local cheeses, olives, fresh bread, fruit, eggs, and proper coffee. Eaten slowly, on the garden terrace, before the day in Faliraki begins.
We're on the quiet side of Faliraki — far enough from the centre to actually sleep, close enough to walk to it. Most of what you came to Rhodes for is within fifteen minutes.
Booking through Nikos BnB directly means a better price, real conversations with us, and a few small things only we can offer.
The same room is always cheaper here than on Booking, Expedia, or Airbnb. Always.
Local wine, fresh fruit, and Maria's homemade marmalade waiting in your room.
If a better category is free on the day, we'll move you up. No questions, no fee.
Vasilis answers the messages himself. Pre-arrival questions, restaurant tips, anything.
"Vasilis was friendly, polite, and always helpful with deep local knowledge. Morning smiles, fresh fruits, and honey from the family."
"He answered all our questions and was always reachable, even at 2am, on WhatsApp. The kind of place you book once and remember for years."
"A small hotel run with real care. Two minutes to the beach, ten minutes to anything you need. We've already booked again for next year."
Honest answers to the most common questions about our location, the area, and getting around.
We're on Faliraki Street 126, on the quiet side of the village, well away from the main strip and nightlife. Our address is Faliraki 126, Rhodes 85105. The location gives you the best of both worlds: a calm, residential feel surrounded by greenery, but still a short walk from the centre, restaurants, shops, and the beach.
Kathara Beach is just a two-minute walk from our front door — a small, calm cove with clear, shallow water that's ideal for families and easy swimming. Mandomata beach (well-known to naturist visitors) is about fifteen minutes on foot along the coast. The famous Anthony Quinn Bay, with its dramatic cliffs and excellent snorkelling, is around thirty minutes on foot or a five-minute drive.
The centre of Faliraki, with its tavernas, supermarkets, shops, water park, and bars, is about a ten-minute walk from us. You're close enough to walk in for dinner or a drink whenever you want, but far enough that the noise from the busy main strip doesn't reach your room. Most guests tell us that's exactly why they pick our location.
Yes. The main Faliraki bus stop on the central avenue is about a five to seven-minute walk from the hotel. From there, regular KTEL buses run throughout the day to Rhodes Town (around 30 minutes), Lindos and the south, the airport, and other beach villages. Tickets are inexpensive and you can pay the driver on board. Just ask us at reception and we'll help you with the schedule and the right route.
Yes, and gladly. We work with trusted local partners and can arrange everything for you at fair, honest prices. Car rental is the easiest way to explore Rhodes at your own pace, and we'll have the car ready for you on arrival if you'd like.
For day trips, we can organise the most popular excursions on the island: Lindos (the white village with the Acropolis on the cliff), the Butterfly Valley, the Seven Springs, a Greek cooking class in a traditional kitchen, and fishing trips by boat. Just let us know your interests and dates, and Vasilis will put together the right plan for you, whether you want to explore independently or join a guided experience.
Faliraki sits on the east coast of Rhodes, about 14 km south of Rhodes Town and 12 km from Rhodes International Airport. It's the largest beach resort on the island and one of the most popular destinations in the Dodecanese, known for its long sandy beach, family-friendly atmosphere, and easy access to the rest of Rhodes. From here, day trips to Lindos, the Old Town of Rhodes, the Valley of the Butterflies, or even the island of Symi are all easy to organise.
The airport (Rhodes International, Diagoras) is about a 20-minute drive from us, with a few options to get here:
By bus — there's a direct bus line from the airport to Faliraki that runs throughout the day. It drops you at the main Faliraki bus stop, which is about a 20-minute walk from the hotel. The most affordable option, and easy if you're travelling light.
By taxi — quick and convenient, around 20 minutes door to door. There's always a taxi rank outside the airport arrivals.
Pre-arranged transfer — message us on WhatsApp with your flight details and we'll have someone waiting for you. Hassle-free, especially after a long flight.
Rental car — if you're picking one up at the airport, we have free parking on-site. Send us your arrival details and we'll make sure everything is ready for you.
